Sales Successes As an NDSU supporter, you can be proud of your university and its Center for Professional Selling and Sales Technology. Since its initiation in 2013, the Center for Professional Selling and Sales Technology has crossed many milestones, including: Unique to Our Region It is the only academic center dedicated to the development of sales skills in students within the North Dakota University System. The Center offers a Certificate in Professional Selling that is available to any NDSU undergraduate student. Connected The Center is an active member of the University Sales Center Alliance, a national consortium to advance the sales profession through teaching, research, and outreach. The Center is the only member in our region –North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Nevada and New Mexico. Advancing Educational Opportunities The Center has initiated a range of collaborative activities and seminars with students and industry practitioners. Our advisory committee of passionate, experienced sales executives provides input and guidance, ensuring the Center’s curriculum and initiatives are relevant and applicable. Developing Lifelong Skills Through an innovative curriculum, leading-edge technology, and industry collaborations, the Center is helping NDSU students graduate with a skill set that can be used throughout their lifetime – be it in business, engineering, communications, project management or consulting, and across a broad array of careers. Nationally Recognized for Sales Education The Sales Education Foundation recognized NDSU’s Center for Professional Selling and Sales Technology as one of the “Top Universities for Professional Sales Education” for the fourth straight year. A Winning Combination We have the curriculum, research, student capabilities and industry partnerships to enable student success. Please consider investing in our amazing students through a generous donation in scholarships or the Sales Center’s endowment. Your financial assistance is invaluable. Ashley Seitz (Discovery Benefits) (NDSU Alum and Graduate with Certificate in Professional Selling) Nearly two years after graduating, I still draw from my experiences with the NDSU Sales Center to effectively conduct sales meetings. The curriculum is a collaboration of business leaders, NDSU faculty, and NDSU alumni focused on student success in the sales industry.
